We recently caught up with Daniel
Holden, one of our flight instructors from 2009. Daniel is now back in his
hometown of Narvik, Norway flying heli-skiing passengers, cargo, and long line
jobs in an AS350 and a R44. Daniel says one of his favorite parts of working
with Leading Edge was “the joy of being in sunny Central Oregon,” quite a
change from the rainy climate of Norway. Dan would much rather be in the
sunshine than north of the arctic circle, but after checking out the picture he
sent in from one of his recent aviation adventures, we don’t feel too bad for
him. That looks like a pretty remarkable flight to us!
